...um agrupamento dos ''Estados da União'', os ''Estados da União'' actuais estão definidos geograficamente e a maior parte pensa nos ''estados'' como tal, no entanto, essa não é a única maneira de encarar os ''Estados'' - existem por exemplo: ''Estados de Estados'' que não são definidos geográficamente e quero sublinhar essa distinção ok ?
Portanto, estamos a falar de ''Estados da União'' geograficamente definidos e isso é o que estamos a tentar reunir em Assembleias - estamos a reunir o povo, ou seja, os individuos vivos, aqueles que respiram, dos diferentes ''Estados'' para criar um ''Governo de Estado do Povo'' - isto não acontece à 150 anos (nos EUA). Nós sabemos como o fazer - sabemos o que é necessário e é urgente que o façamos quanto antes, de modo a controlar as situações que nos afectam pessoalmente e que já estão fora de controlo. A minha mensagem inicial neste website é a seguinte: Este site é dedicado aos ''Estados da União'' geograficamente definidos e é uma tarefa que só pode ser exercida pelos individuos que estão vivos agora, actuando como pessoas lícitas.
Agora...qual a diferença entre uma ''pessoa lícita'' e uma ''pessoa legal'' ?.
Uma ''pessoa lícita'' é essencialmente o seu nome comercial - o nome que utilizou quando ainda criança frequentava a escola primária - com letra maiúscula nas iniciais e minúscula nas restantes, o seu primeiro, último e nome do meio - esse é o seu nome ''lícito'' - e nós estamos a reunir os indivíduos vivos ou seja as ''pessoas lícitas'' que em grupo são chamados de ''o povo/indivíduos de cada estado'' e gostava também de salientar que é/são ''o povo/indivíduos de cada estado'' que estão representados nas Constituições Nacionais. Portanto, estamos a organizar os ''individuos de cada estado/povo'' de modo a garantir o cumprimento das Constituições e tratar dos negócios de estado que sejam necessários.
Tudo isto requer grande responsabilidade e não é fácil porque todos nós fomos misidentificados como ''cidadãos portugueses''. Terá de tratar da papelada necessária e de reclamar o seu estatuto político e a sua herança como ''Cidadão do Estado Português'' ou como ''Natural do Estado Português''. Sabem, as pessoas perguntam-me qual a diferença entre um ''Nacional/Natural do Estado Português'' e um '' Cidadão do Estado Português''.
Um ''Nacional do Estado'' não tem obrigação ou dever peranto o governo, o governo é que está obrigado a prestar assistência e serviços ao ''Nacional do Estado''. Os ''Cidadãos Nacionais Portugueses'', são aqueles que dão o primeiro passo para participar e exercer funções no Governo do Estado (que neste momento está a ser reunido e organizado) como parte do juri ou eleito oficial ou oficial contratado ou membro da milicia. Seja qual for a responsabilidade que assumir em benefício do Estado, estará a actuar como ''Cidadão Estadual'' nesse respeito portanto tem duas escolhas.
Estamos a encorajar todos aqueles que são elegíveis, isto é, aqueles que não são militares ou funcionários públicos para que assumam esta tarefa.....para reclamarem o seu estatuto como Português, que se inscreva na sua Assembleia Local e ajude a reorganizar, restabelecer, afirmar e impôr o governo a que tem direito - que é um ''governo dos individuos, pelos individuos, para os individuos'' - não ''das pessoas, para as pessoas, pelas pessoas (Pessoa: termo legislativo que tanto se refere a um individuo ou empresa) - e que é a condição em que estamos como cidadãos a actuar sem saber actualmente.
Espero que se junte a nós, espero que se disponibilize para proteger os seus interesses e os da sua família - espero que considere ter um acção participativa de ''auto-governação'' mais activa, o que aliás é uma das obrigações dos nacionais deste país. Espero que aceite a responsabilidade que advêm dos direitos que os nossos antepassados obtiveram e que foram por eles adquiridos e espero que considere juntar-se à nossa Assembleia Local e assuma um papel activo a partir deste momento.

So my first message to those coming to this website is: this is a website that is devoted to the actual factual geographical defined ''States of the Union'' and it is a job that can only be accomplished by breathing living people acting as lawful persons. Now what is a ''lawful person'' as opposed to a ''legal person''? A ''lawful'' is essentially your business name given by your parents when you first entered this world so it is your trade name - he name you grew up with as a child in grade school upper and lower case, first, middle, last...that's your ''lawful person'' - and we are gathering the ''lawful persons'' which together as a group are known as ''the people of each state'' and I also want you to recognise that is ''the people of each state'' who are represented in the National Constitutions. So, we are organising the ''people of the state'' in order to enforce the constitutions and to conduct business which has to be done. Its a very serious responsibility - it isn't easy - because you have been misidentified as ''us citizens'' .... You need to do some paperwork and you need to reclaim your birthright political status and your heritage as an ''American states citizen'' or ''American state nationals''. You know, I have people asking me what is the difference between an ''American state national'' and an ''American state citizen''. A ''state national'' has no obligation or duty to a government, the government owes its obligation and duty to the state national. ''American state citizens'', are the ones who take the initial step to participate in the ''state government'' and to undertake the duties of the ''state government'' which is being adjourned in the jury pool or being an elected official or being an hired officer, a member of the militia. Whatever the responsibility you are taking on the behalf of your state you are acting as a ''state citizen'' in that regard so those are your two choices. We are encouranging everyone who is ellegible and that means anybody who isn't actually a ''federal civilian'' or ''military employee'' to undertake the effort ....to reclaim your status as an American and to join your State Assembly and help reassemble, restore, affirm and enforce the government that you are owed - which is a ''government of the people, by the people, for the people'' - not ''of the persons, for the persons and by the persons'' - which is the capacity that all USA citizens are acting at the moment. I hope that you will join us, I hope that you will take the time to protect yourself and your family - I hope that you will consider taking a more active role of ''self-governance'' which is what we are actually required to do in this country.
